As a Fastener Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our fasteners meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haeger fastener press machines to insert pem fasteners into sheet metal parts.

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control measures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Assist with shipping of parts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a press operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Measuring tools experience: Calipers, micrometers, gauges, Blueprint reading ability
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish and English helpful
