Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

• Provide support to senior bankers across three coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”) and Industrial Services

• Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis and drafting

• Ownership of financial models and detailed valuation analyses, including Leveraged Buyouts, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables

• Drive execution process across the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial deal origination through closing

• Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking or related Financial Services Industry (1-2 years)

• Experience is preferred, but not mandatory, in any of our three coverage verticals (Financial Sponsors, REGAL or Industrial Services)

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products

• Expert comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills

• Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges

• Solid interpersonal skills, with crisp communication and an ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly (both verbally and in writing)

• Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple teams

• Intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership style

• Team player and self-starter

Certifications:

FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required.

What Else You Need To Know :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$82,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$135,000.00 USD

Working Conditions :
