**Now Hiring: Junior Buyer (Hybrid) - San Mateo, CA**
**Schedule:** Mon-Fri | 8AM-5PM
**Work Setup:** Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote
**Pay:** $25.00/HR
**Duration:** 6-month contract with potential to extend
**About the Role:**
Join the US Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, supporting purchasing operations from our San Mateo office.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with ordering goods and services following company guidelines
+ Request and compare supplier quotes
+ Create and track purchase orders
+ Communicate with vendors and internal teams on order status
+ Support supplier setup and maintain records
+ Help resolve invoice and delivery issues
+ Ensure documentation meets company standards
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field _preferred_
+ 1-2 years of relevant experience
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
+ Strong communication and Excel skills
+ ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus, not required
+ Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
