Job Description

Description of the Role: Join our team at The UPS Store #4267 as a Part-Time Center Associate in Norfolk, NE. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
Operate computer systems efficiently to process transactions
Operate copiers, fax machine, binding and laminating equipment
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Willing and able to work 15 to 20 hours per week
