LinkedIn: Jonathan Christian (JC) del Rosario A boutique financial advisory firm is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to join its team focused on M& A financial due diligence. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, direct client interaction, and an entrepreneurial work environment where hard work is both expected and rewarded. About the Firm The firm provides specialized financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity funds, strategic buyers, and other institutional investors. With a client base that includes long-standing relationships with major firms, the work involves larger companies and more sophisticated deals than most boutique firms typically handle. Key Responsibilities + Analyze financial statements of target companies to assess earnings/EBITDA, cash flows, and financial health + Prepare detailed Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for client reporting + Manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment + Communicate clearly with client executives, internal teams, and target company leadership + Synthesize data and present findings in a clear, concise, and client-ready format Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics + 2+ years of experience in audit or financial due diligence; Big 4 background strongly preferred + CPA (inactive acceptable) is required; CFA or advanced degrees are a plus + Strong understanding of GAAP and all major financial statements + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with Power BI or Alteryx is a plus + Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities + Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
