Job Description

We are looking for dedicated educators to join our pool, where you'll have the flexibility to choose teaching opportunities that align with your certification as they become available, in partnership with schools and districts across the country! This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are available based on placement opportunities once your application is completed.

As an educator, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering virtual instruction to students, guiding them to successful course completion, and fostering a positive online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Access an easy-to-use educator portal where you can select the teaching assignments that best suit your qualifications and interests.
Create an engaging and creative virtual learning environment that excites and inspires students.
Develop strategies to enhance student learning and build positive relationships with students.
Design lesson plans that are aligned with the course curriculum.
Monitor student progress, grades, and performance, ensuring they stay on track for success.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active, state-issued teaching certification in one of the specified areas.
A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
A reliable laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and internet access.
Participation in a virtual teaching demonstration and submission of a background check are required during the application process.
Previous online teaching experience is a plus!
