Job Description

We are looking to add to our Wedding Team!

Seeking a highly energetic, outgoing, and organized individual who would like to play a crucial part in the execution of Weddings at the Newfound Lake Inn. You must be able to think critically, work without supervision, and have strong communication skills. This is a full-time position.

Primary Tasks:

• Working closely with our Wedding Team to plan, set-up and execute our weddings.
• Work closely with the Wedding Party on wedding days to ensure all needs are met, the timeline is kept, and vital tasks are completed throughout the day.
• Being available to wedding guests to answer their questions and assist them as needed.
• Directing guests to appropriate areas as needed throughout the evening.
• Assisting vendors with their set-up by being close at hand to answer questions with regards to product placement.
• Overseeing and assisting with set up and tear down of wedding decor items (linens, charger plates, escort cards, place cards, favors, chair covers, etc.).
• Trouble-shooting.
