Your Role

As a Replacement Window and Door Sales Rep, you'll connect homeowners with energy-efficient solutions designed to lower energy costs and improve home aesthetics. Your tasks include:

• Leveraging company-provided leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Creating self-generated leads to maximize commissions.
• Educating customers on the benefits of our replacement windows and doors.
• Closing deals with confidence and professionalism.
• Work home and garden shows, fairs and festivals to generate leads.

What We're Looking For?

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home improvement or window and door sales.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
• A positive attitude and a hunger for success.
• Leadership qualities: We want someone who wants to grow into a leadership role.
