Job Description

Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic accounting department. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills and a background in AR functions including collections, reconciliations, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports + Investigate and resolve customer billing and payment discrepancies + Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely collections + Analyze AR trends and prepare reports for management using Excel + Process credit memos, payment applications, and adjustments + Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve outstanding balances + Assist with month-end close processes related to AR Requirements + 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities + ERP system experience preferred (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
