This position requires team members to efficiently move trailers around the facility to help prepare freight that is being transported to Menard, Inc. stores.

· 1st shift (7AM until 3:30PM) - $20.25/HR Part-Time & $22.05/HR Full-Time
· 2nd shift (4PM until 12:30AM) - $22.25/HR Part-Time & $24.05/HR Full-Time
**Hourly rates include YH incentive & 2nd shift premium
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Safely and efficiently move trailers to different areas of the facility
· Open and close swinging trailer doors and operate landing gear to place trailers
· Ensure proper freight securement of all loaded trailers and ensure trailers are loaded up to DOT standards
· Ability to work accurately with numbers and perform simple mathematical calculations
· Communicate with area supervisors using a yard management system to ensure proper placement of trailers
· Maintain site organization and cleanliness
